Dr Crewe is a transformation life coach, an HR practitioner with a passion for people development, a trainer, and an Amazon No 1 Best-selling author. Her passion is people development. Having worked in human resources management and development for over 15 years in the public sector, she became particularly interested in researching human resources issues in the healthcare services.

Dr Crewe completed her Masters in Human Resource Management at Murdoch University in Perth Western Australia, immediately followed by her doctoral degree. Her project focused on leadership in healthcare services, because of her interest in nursing leadership and its impact on nurse retention. During this journey, she published in academic journals and conference proceedings, contributing to research in human resource management and leadership.

After completing her PhD, Dr Crewe continues to aspire to contribute to people development as a practitioner and researcher. She has embarked on fulfilling her passion in the personal and professional development segment. She believes this aligns directly with her calling and greater purpose, to maximise her impact, to make a difference in the lives of her clients, to succeed in everything, and fulfil dreams. Dr Crewe desires the same for every person she serves, to help transform their lives and fulfil their aspirations.
