Monitoring & Evaluation Unit

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) unit is responsible for providing strategic guidance and support in planning, implementing, and assessing the impact of programs and services. The M&E unit plays a critical role in ensuring effective performance management, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Planning and Design: Developing M&E plans and indicators aligned with the Division goals.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Overseeing data collection processes, ensuring data quality, and analyzing data to measure performance.
  • Reporting and Communication: Preparing comprehensive reports on program progress and sharing findings with relevant partners.
  • Capacity Building: Training staff and partners on M&E concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to standards and best practices in services being offered.
  • Learning and Improvement: Identifying lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement
