Human Resource Development Unit
To assist employees, develop their personal and organisational skills, knowledge, abilities, impact training, and development significance through the responsibilities of the employees’ current job.
The roles of the Unit are to:
- Provide assistance to staff who intends to proceed on training.
- Coordinate and facilitate trainings.
- Be part of the training organised.
- Ensure proper documentation of all trainings provided by the Ministry.
- Ensure that the training is fit for purpose.
- Ensure the right training for the right person.
- Collaborate with HR unit – staff and external partners.
