OVERVIEW

Introduction

The Division for Substance Abuse Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation (DSAPTR) provides quality of care for people suffering from substance abuse addiction by implementing and coordinating evidence based prevention, harm reduction and psychosocial intervention strategies through a dynamic and responsive approach. DSAPTR came in existence in 2017 and in 2021, it merged with the Ministry of Health.
