Improving healthcare in Seychelles: recent workshops and initiatives
The Ministry of Health Seychelles, over the past two weeks, conducted a series of workshops dedicated to better understanding the country’s health landscape.
The workshops included;
Analysis of data collected in March 2023 for a WISN (Workload Indicators of Staffing Need) study.
Introduction to the National Health Workforce Accounts (NHWA).
Development of a joint roadmap towards creating a responsive strategy for training, recruitment, equitable deployment, retention, and utilisation of healthcare personnel.
